πΒ Appraisal Records
There are a number of documents that relate to previous appraisal and revalidation cycles that you should keep in this section.
Previous Appraisal Documents
If you have had an annual appraisal, you should save copies of your appraisal document and outcome pages here. You must refer back to your appraisal document regularly to ensure that you are meeting your PDP goals, and will need to provide evidence of it when it comes time to revalidate in the future.
Previous ARCP Documents
You should keep copies of your previous ARCPs in both paper and digital form as you may need to refer back to them in interviews, and also may need to show evidence of them for future applications.
Foundation Programme Certificate of Competency (FPCC)
This certificate can be requested as evidence by locum agencies, staff banks, and specialty applications in the future. You should be sent a copy of this after you complete F2 but if you have lost it or arenβt sure whether you received it, contact your foundation school medical HR who can email a copy to you.
Previous Revalidation Documents
If you have been through the revalidation cycle before, you should keep copies of your revalidation documents and outcome documents here.
